Aqua Park: 20min drive (Torremolinos) The biggest water-park in Europe. Huge choice of attractions for all ages.. Giant water slides, Wild River and the Kamikaze to name a few. Young kids get their own separate area.

The park was built in 1984 and has constantly updated its attractions and installations. Aquapark is undoubtedly the pioneer and the largest Water Park on the Costa del Sol. It features the highest ‘Kamikaze’ in Spain and a new attraction area, opened in the summer of 1999 that includes the ‘Black Hole’ and a multi-pool area. Aquapark is located in one of the most visited and developed tourist areas.

Parque Aquatico Mijas: 10min drive (Fuengirola) Another great water-park, with lots of splash areas. Nice Aqualandia area for the kids. Smaller park than the AquaPark.

One of the best water-fun parks around, located on the outskirts of Fuengirola. Wave pool, kamikaze slide, water chutes, Adventure River with winding raft slides. For the little ones there's the colourful water play area
"Aqualandia", specially for them. The park also has a full entertainment programme including shows for children, water aerobics (displays and free classes), regional dances and beach volleyball competitions.

Tivoli World: 20min drive (Benalmadena) The biggest Theme Park on the Costa Del Sol. This is a must for all. Open from early evening till midnight. Lots of fun for all ages.

Of all of the parks on the Coast this is the one most like the large theme parks in other parts of Europe and the United States. Tivoli World is located in Benalmádena Costa which is about 20 minutes from Calahonda. There is a small entrance fee, but once inside you can buy tokens for the various rides and attractions or you can purchase a Super Tivolino token that will give you unlimited access to all the rides in the park.
