Rates for hire of the apartment: -

APRIL AND MAY £275
JUNE SEPT OCT £300
JULY AND AUG £350
XMAS NEW YEAR AND EASTER £300

Christmas week , New Year, Easter and Oct school week all subject to availability and priced individually, please enquire using the contact us link above.

These prices include cleaning and laundry and are based on four sharing , the apartment will hold six maximum and there will be an extra £50 per person per week.
